As a wellness professional, I am asked a myriad of questions on a daily basis… I get asked questions like: How do I lose weight? How do I get a flat stomach or six pack abs? How much water should I be drinking? How do vegetarians get protein? Etc., etc. I always answer, but usually ask a bunch of questions as well, as the original question is usually followed with a request for a plan of action.
